As individuals, we encounter a range of experiences and emotions throughout life, all of which contribute to our personal life story. At times, the intensity of our situations and surroundings becomes difficult and it might seem hard to navigate or find balance in our lives. We may be overwhelmed and confused when trying to manage what goes through our minds and feel as if we need help coping with our struggles. It is only human nature to feel this way, however, that does not mean you have to go through it alone. I believe everyone deserves a chance to shake free from the mental restraints that try to hold them back and instead experience the life that they hope to have.
My goal is for our conversations to leave you feeling a bit better as each session passes, eventually helping you work towards personal growth, self-exploration, and overall relief. As your therapist, I will facilitate discussions aimed at helping you to gain a deeper understanding and connection to values within yourself and the world that surrounds you in order to confront your problems.
